Terms & Conditions

01Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions are issued by ID LAH PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202416036D), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 73 Ubi Road 1, #08-54, Oxley BizHub, Singapore 408733 ("IDLah", "the Organiser").

They apply to all events organised, hosted, or operated by IDLah, including but not limited to Reno Fiesta, HomeFest, and any other event formats organised by IDLah from time to time (each an "IDLah Event", collectively "IDLah Events"). References to Reno Fiesta shall be read as applying equally to all IDLah Events unless expressly stated otherwise.

All eligibility, redemption, and disqualification provisions apply across all IDLah Events on a combined basis, regardless of event name, venue, or date.

02Eligibility of Entry

Reno Fiesta is an event organised for genuine homeowners who are planning, undergoing, or actively considering the renovation of a residential property in Singapore.

Entry and redemption eligibility are limited to:

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents; and
• Persons who own, co-own, or are in the process of taking ownership of a residential property in Singapore (including HDB flats, BTO flats pending key collection, executive condominiums, condominiums, and landed property), or their immediate household members attending on behalf of that household.

Each household unit (i.e. one residential property address) is treated as a single participant household for the purposes of all registrations, gifts, vouchers, redemptions, and prizes, regardless of the number of individuals from that household who register or attend.

Only one (1) registration per household unit is required and recognised. Multiple registrations by members of the same household, or by the same individual using different contact numbers, email addresses, or identities, do not create additional entitlements and may result in disqualification under Section 10.

Attendance is free of charge. Admission of any person, including registered participants, remains at all times subject to the Organiser's discretion and to venue capacity, safety, and crowd-management requirements. Daily attendance is capped and the Organiser may close entry once capacity is reached, notwithstanding a confirmed registration.

03Homeowner Verification & Floorplan Requirement

All registrations are subject to on-site homeowner household verification conducted by the Organiser's event team.

Participants must present, at the point of check-in or redemption, a floorplan of their residential unit and/or such other supporting documentation as the event team may reasonably require, which may include:

• HDB or developer floorplan of the unit;
• Proof of ownership or impending ownership (e.g. HDB appointment letter, Option to Purchase, Sale & Purchase Agreement, key collection appointment);
• Proof of residential address matching the registered household; and/or
• Contact details and renovation status information.

Verification is conducted for the sole purpose of confirming that the participant is a genuine homeowner household within the intended audience of the event. The Organiser's event team's assessment of verification outcomes is final.

04Gifts, Vouchers & Redemptions — Organiser's Discretion

All gifts, vouchers, gift packs, guide books, prizes, and other event benefits described in any advertisement, social media post, registration page, or other marketing material (collectively, "Event Benefits") are indicative of the maximum benefits available to a fully verified homeowner household that completes all applicable redemption criteria, and are subject at all times to these Terms & Conditions.

The Organiser's event team and management reserve the sole and absolute discretion to determine:

• the actual type, brand, value, quantity, and combination of Event Benefits issued to any participant household;
• the redemption criteria applicable to each Event Benefit and whether such criteria have been satisfactorily completed;
• the substitution of any Event Benefit with an alternative of equivalent value, where any item is fully redeemed, unavailable, or out of stock; and
• the withholding, reduction, or refusal of any Event Benefit where verification under Section 3 is incomplete or unsatisfactory, or where any circumstance in Section 10 applies.

Event Benefits are allocated strictly on a per household unit basis. No individual entitlement arises separately from the household entitlement.

Event Benefits are subject to stock availability and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of any specific item, brand, or denomination at any given time during the event.

Registration for or attendance at the event does not, by itself, create any entitlement to any Event Benefit. Entitlement arises only upon successful verification and completion of the applicable redemption criteria, as assessed by the event team.

05Redemption Clause

Each homeowner household is entitled to one (1) redemption only across all IDLah Events within any 12-month period, regardless of the number of registrations submitted, contact numbers used, household members attending, or events attended.

Homeowner households that have attended and redeemed any Event Benefits from any IDLah Event (including HomeFest, Reno Fiesta, or any other IDLah Event) within the past 12 months are not eligible for additional redemptions. This includes, but is not limited to, vouchers, gift packs, guide books, lucky wheel entries, and promotional gifts.

06FairPrice Voucher Redemption Terms

FairPrice Voucher redemption is available only to verified homeowner households and is subject to completion of consultations with participating interior design firms during the event, as follows:

• $40 FairPrice Vouchers upon completing consultations with 4 different participating interior designers
• $50 FairPrice Vouchers upon completing consultations with 5 different participating interior designers
• $60 FairPrice Vouchers upon completing consultations with 6 different participating interior designers
• $70 FairPrice Vouchers upon completing consultations with 7 different participating interior designers

Each consultation must be a genuine consultation regarding the household's renovation, conducted with a different participating firm, and validated by the event team. The event team's determination of whether a consultation has been genuinely completed is final.

Each homeowner household may redeem a maximum of $70 in FairPrice Vouchers per event, subject to Sections 4 and 5.

Where any voucher type is fully redeemed or unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute with FairPrice or Grab Vouchers of equivalent value at its sole discretion.

07Grab Voucher Redemption Terms

Grab Vouchers, up to a maximum of $40 per homeowner household, are issued in two separate portions:

• $20 Grab Voucher — redeemable upon presenting to the event team a valid ride-hailing platform receipt showing travel to the event venue on the day of attendance.
• $20 Grab Voucher — redeemable upon engaging with participating vendors and/or fulfilling specific event requirements communicated on-site. Redemption criteria may vary by event day.

Where any voucher type is fully redeemed or unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute with FairPrice or Grab Vouchers of equivalent value at its sole discretion.

08Homeowner Gift Pack & Reno Guide Book

Each verified homeowner household is entitled to one (1) Homeowner Gift Pack and one (1) Reno Guide Book upon successful event check-in and verification, subject to Sections 4 and 5.

The stated value of the Homeowner Gift Pack and Reno Guide Book in marketing materials reflects the approximate combined retail value of the contents. Actual contents may vary by event day and stock availability. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute, amend, or remove any item without prior notice.

09Sure-Win Lucky Wheel Terms

Participation in the lucky wheel is limited to verified homeowner households with a valid floorplan presented under Section 3, and is subject to the entry criteria communicated at the event (which may include placing a deposit with a participating interior design firm).

Each eligible homeowner household is entitled to one (1) lucky wheel spin per event.

Every eligible spin will yield a prize; however, prize type and value vary by spin outcome and stock availability, and the specific prizes displayed in marketing materials (including electronics and appliances) are limited in quantity. Headline prizes are limited to the quantities stated in event materials, including one (1) flagship smartphone prize per event. Participants are advised to check prize availability with event staff before spinning.

Where the entry criteria involve a deposit with a participating interior design firm:

• For refundable deposits, prizes will only be issued upon confirmation of the deal with the participating firm.
• For non-refundable deposits placed during the event, participants are entitled to receive the prize immediately, subject to stock availability. If unavailable at the point of redemption, delivery will be arranged approximately two (2) weeks after confirmation and submission of the required e-form by the participating firm.

During the spin and prize redemption, participants may be required to take part in photo and/or video recording for verification purposes. Where no photo/video verification is captured by event staff, the Organiser reserves the right to deem the redemption invalid and void.

Prizes requiring delivery will be delivered approximately two (2) weeks from the Organiser's receipt of the completed e-form.

10Disqualification, Refusal of Entry & Recovery

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, disqualify, or remove any person, and to reject, withhold, revoke, or recover any Event Benefit (including after issuance), where the Organiser or its event team reasonably suspects any of the following:

• The person is not a genuine homeowner household within the intended audience of the event, or has attended primarily to obtain gifts, vouchers, or prizes without any genuine renovation interest;
• Submission of false, misleading, borrowed, altered, or fabricated documentation (including floorplans) for verification;
• Multiple or duplicate registrations by the same individual or household using different contact numbers, identities, or details for the purpose of obtaining additional Event Benefits;
• Redemption on behalf of, or transfer of Event Benefits to, persons or households not entitled to them;
• Attempted or actual resale of any Event Benefit;
• Abusive, disruptive, dishonest, or fraudulent conduct of any kind; or
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Persons disqualified under this Section may additionally be barred from all future IDLah Events, and the Organiser reserves the right to recover the value of any Event Benefit obtained through fraudulent or dishonest means and to report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

The assessment and decisions of the Organiser's event team and management under this Section are final and binding.

11Personal Data Protection

By registering for, attending, or redeeming any benefit at an IDLah Event, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data (including name, contact number, email address, residential address, floorplan, and renovation status) by the Organiser for the purposes of event registration, identity and household verification, redemption administration, prize fulfilment, fraud prevention, and event-related communications, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).

Participants further consent to their contact details being shared with participating interior design firms, vendors, and partners with whom they have engaged or consulted during the event, for the purpose of follow-up on their renovation or home-related enquiries.

Floorplans and verification documents are used solely for verification and fraud-prevention purposes and will not be shared with participating firms without the participant's separate consent (for example, where the participant provides their floorplan directly to a firm during a consultation).

Participants may withdraw consent or make data access and correction requests by contacting the Organiser in writing at the registered office address stated above. Withdrawal of consent required for verification or redemption administration may result in ineligibility for redemptions.

12Media & Photography Consent

Photography, videography, and audio recording may take place at IDLah Events. By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded, and grant the Organiser the right to use such materials for verification, documentation, marketing, and publicity purposes across any media, without compensation or prior approval.

Participants who do not wish to be featured in marketing materials may inform event staff on site, and the Organiser will take reasonable steps to accommodate the request; however, incidental appearance in crowd or wide-angle footage cannot be guaranteed to be excluded.

13Limitation of Liability

Participating interior design firms, vendors, and partners are independent businesses. The Organiser is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, any agreement, deposit, quotation, product, service, or workmanship entered into or provided by any participating firm, vendor, or partner. All such dealings, including any deposits placed to qualify for the lucky wheel, are strictly between the participant and the relevant firm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by participants at or in connection with an IDLah Event, including loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by the Organiser's own negligence and to the extent liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

All vouchers, gifts, gift packs, guide books, and prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. They may not be resold, and the Organiser reserves the right to void any redemption involving attempted resale or transfer.

14General Terms & Conditions

All decisions made by the Organiser, its management, and its event team regarding eligibility, verification, redemption, disqualification, participation, and the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of the relevant event applies.

The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or cancel any event day for reasons including but not limited to venue, licensing, safety, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, registrations will be transferred to an alternative date where practicable, and no compensation shall be payable.

By registering for, attending, or redeeming any Event Benefit at the event, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
